Socially Grown are a rapidly growing digital marketing agency and HubSpot Partner, with offices in the beautiful Staffordshire countryside just outside of Eccleshall. We are looking for an experienced Social Media Specialist who can work independently remotely, with the ability to travel to our Staffordshire offices bi-weekly. Responsibilities
Monthly Content Calendar building for our clients, inclusive of curation of content and copywriting.
Using a range of social scheduling platforms, including HubSpot, to manage and schedule social posts, blog posts and other content.
Defining, planning & implementing our client’s social media strategies.
Weekly ideation of creative & innovative social media content for our clients.
Briefing in, and working with our creative team to create social media content.
Analysing social media data & building reports weekly to highlight successes and offer improvements.
Planning & implementation of paid social campaigns alongside our Digital Ads Manager.
Proactive in following social media trends, including new tools and technology, new or expanding channels and audience preferences.
Requirements
2+ years of experience working as a social media specialist
Primary experience working in a B2B setting
A passion for social media & be an active user of all core social media platforms
Experience in setting up paid social campaigns and management of those campaigns
Excellent creative eye and a passion for art direction
Strong analytical mind that is able to spot cultural & creative trends and adapt accordingly
Experience in generating content ideas for social media
Experience in briefing in & working with designers to create social media content
Experience in publishing & analysing social media content on all core social media platforms
Excellent copywriting skills
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
A genuine interest in helping people and delivering excellent customer service
Open and transparent, reporting issues and offering solutions.
Desirable Experience
HubSpot social scheduling and other content publishing skills
Creating and managing social media for international clients with regional specific requirements.
