Socially Grown is a rapidly growing digital, creative and inbound agency, based near Stafford, Staffordshire. 

We are looking for a highly enthusiastic results-driven digital Account Strategist to work with our clients and advise, define and deliver remarkable inbound and content marketing strategies that will grow their businesses.

This role is primarily responsible for the development and management of Inbound Marketing plans and projects that ensure our enterprise clients achieve their goals. Working closely with the other areas of the service and content team, the Account Strategist is responsible for aligning both strategy and content with the clients objectives.

You will have demonstrable experience in digital, to include Social, PPC, Websites, SEO, Content and e-mail marketing. You will be a conscientious, results-driven marketer who is looking to take the next step in their career and join a growing and passionate agency that is focused on delivering results.

Working within the delivery team, you will be accountable for strategic projects and nominated clients. You’ll be expected to innovate and produce the best results for clients, and to analyse and evaluate each campaign in order to ensure we keep on learning and improving.

As our Account Strategist a typical day might include the following:

30-minute full client team client briefing (discussing any issues / challenges / wins across clients)

3 hours working within the content team, managing and producing content required for your clients plans.

1 Hour client call, answering project related questions and determining project plans, reviewing deliverables etc.

1 Hour to check in with emails, updating Asana and listing account management activity

1-hour brainstorm in the open-plan office space with the copywriter and Digital Acquisition Manager reviewing how a campaign can be optimised

30-minute hours reviewing and scheduling content (in Hubspot).

You can engage and motivate our clients but also work collaboratively with our internal people to get projects complete in a timely and professional manner. 

You can also balance creativity with analytics when implementing digital marketing activity, tactics and campaigns.

IN SUMMARY:

IDEALLY YOU WILL HAVE:

  • 2+ years agency experience
  • A passion for inbound marketing (content, social, SEO)
  • An understanding of PPC
  • An excellent understanding of lead generation and customer acquisition
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work with clients, prospects and partners by telephone, email and in person
  • Good energy
  • Positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively
  • Motivation, drive and a self-starting attitude
  • An understanding of HTML and CSS would definitely stand you in good stead
  • Experience with direct mail and other non-digital marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Launch and manage client campaigns
  • Deliver consistently high-quality content
  • Develop and deliver inbound marketing strategies
  • Work across a multi-talented team

SALARY 

  • 27,000 – 35,000 per annum
