Butterley Barn Web Build

Butterley Barn provide high-end bespoke interiors to home-owners across the Midlands region. To support their expansive growth plans, Butterley wanted to re-fresh their look, heighten their awareness and develop their client base in associated markets. We consequently hand-crafted a website with as much love and care as they put into their hand-stitched fabrics.

Butterley communication is anchored by the web-site. To ensure the website served all customer groups and communication channels appropriately, we firstly spent a good deal of time conducting UX research, building buyer personas, mapping the user journey and creating visual storyboards to fully understand the who, where and how for all potential site users.

Responsive Design

The site was created to showcase their
extensive range in a single online location. Using
strong imagery and videography we aimed to
deliver a visual feast of interior finishes and
options. As Butterley are a predominantly B2C
business, having a site that is equally impressive on mobile device was absolutely essential.

So, we worked backwards with a “mobile-first” mentality to ensure that none of the functionality or visual appeal was lost as the screen size reduced.
