He also has a history in hospitality, which gives him more insight into the consumers needs from every level of the purchasing decisions process.  

Ray is a passionate and driven Wordpress and HubSpot web developer with a keen eye for detail. With a BSc in Web Applications Development, and years of industry experience, Ray implements innovative web solutions for all of our clients needs.

Rob has years of experience below sea in the Navy, and has since resurfaced and qualified as a Retrofit Assessor. Rob conducts retrofit assessments and provides energy advice and training to customers of Residential Energy Services, Socially Grown's sister company.

Our in-house writer with a background in broadcasting, Chris is a natural storyteller. Using blogs, articles and podcasts, he will transform your brand messages into engaging stories, converting customers into your biggest fans. Chris holds a wealth of knowledge and experience in the construction and energy sectors, founded through extensive research over the years of supporting our clients with copy, audio and visual content. His specialisms include CPVC pipe materials, retrofit training and energy efficiency measures.

As the founder partner of Socially Grown, Sarah insists sales and return on marketing spend is in Socially Grown's DNA. Every campaign, every creative and every post is underpinned by a sales objective. Sarah brings over 20 years experience in the energy efficiency and construction industries, starting her career in the field of construction training. Sarah's approach often challenges marketing theory but is committed to delivering the customers revenue goals.  

Thomas has a wealth of experience with innovative media solutions that help Socially Grown to thrive in the digital world. Including incredible videography, from drones to interviews, Thomas can cover it all.

James advises and steers our construction and energy efficiency clients. A late stage PHD researcher (award due mid 2023), James offers a wealth of experience in building sustainable futures.

Aggi is Lithuanian born, and moved to the UK in 2005. A former Maths teacher, who turned to accountancy in 2017 to work more flexible hours. A positive thinker and straight talking, Aggi is thoughtful, honest and driven.  Her drive is seen in her dedication to running and indoor cycling.

Danika helps amplify our clients' social media presence and raise awareness through paid media and account-based marketing. Based in South Africa and supported by multiple dachshunds, she spends her time bringing engagement strategies to life and supporting the team in promoting new content.

Following 20 years of multi-national roles in the construction products sector, Ben diversified into multi-discipline marketing and joined Socially Grown. A seasoned strategic thinker with a wealth of business transformation and growth experience, Ben adopts a more consultative approach with our clients.
